PENGARUH BERBAGAI ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH ALAMI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KARET (Hevea Brasiliensis Muell Arg.) ASAL STUM MATA TIDUR KLON IRR 112

Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan keberhasilan tumbuh stum mata tidur yang tinggi adalah dengan menerapkan teknologi dengan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui zat pengatur tumbuh alami terbaik dalam pertumbuhan bibit karet asal stum mata tidur Klon IRR 112. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan dan laboratorium Kampus III Universitas Andalas Dharmasraya, dari bulan Maret sampai Juli 2019. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan enam ulangan. Perlakuannya antara lain P0 tanpa pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh, P1 pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh alami ekstrak kecambah kacang hijau (tauge), P2 pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh alami ekstrak rebung, dan P3 pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh alami air kelapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh alami air kelapa memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit karet asal stum mata tidur klon IRR 112 dengan dosis 200 ml/polybag. One of the things that can be done to get the success of a growing high budded stamp is to apply technology by giving growth regulators. The study aimed to determine the best natural growth regulating agent in the growth of rubber seedlings from the budded stamp of IRR 112 clone. This research was conducted in the experimental field and laboratory of Campus III Dharmasraya, Universitas Andalas, from March to July 2019. The design used in this study was a complete randomized design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and six replications. The treatments include of P0 (without giving of growth regulators), P1 (giving of natural growth regulators of mung bean sprout extract), P2 (giving of natural growth regulators of bamboo shoot extract), and P3 (giving of natural growth regulators of coconut water). The results showed that the giving of natural growth regulators of coconut water had the best influence on the growth of rubber seedlings originating from a budded stamp in the IRR 112 clone at a dose of 200 ml/polybag.
