MANAGER CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND BUSINESS MODEL

In the enterprises with good corporate governance, decisions are not made solely in order to achieve economic interest, but also in order such decisions do not hurt the interests of other parties involved. By introducing good corporate governance in enterprises, conditions are created for reducing conflicts that exist between the objectives and interests of the various stakeholders at the lowest or most acceptable level.
