The reduction of protections in the event of an unlawful dismissal, made by the c.d. The Job Act issued in 2014-2015 by the Italian Parliament and Government, with a particular focus to workers hired after March 7, 2015, was the subject of an order submitted by the Labor Court of Rome to the Italian Constitutional Court, on suspicion of unconstitutionality. The legal construction used by the Judge highlights the violation of Article 24 ESC as an <<interposed (standard)rule>>.
