ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know and analyze the effect of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction of Gen Y to Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Generation Y Employees of KPP Pratama South of Malang. The population of this study was all employees work in KPP Pratama South of Malang. The sample used was the generation Y employees which was born between 1981-1999. As for sampling techniques, for under 100 participants, best-suit technique for this research is census research, so it was better took all of them.
