ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on organizational performance. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population of PT. Bali power plant unit 1.2 employees of PT. bali Java electricity generation unit 1.2 which made a sample of 321 respondents. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 12,147 + 0,908X1 + 0,223X2 + e, and the test of this study used the f test and t test.
