The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived organizational culture, perceived organizational support, and self-efficacy on work engagement among academic staff in the College of Business (COB), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). A cross-sectional research design has been used in this study to integrate literature review and survey questionnaire as a major procedure to gather the data. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires distributed to 230 academic staff in the COB with only 203 questionnaires returned that were used further analysis using SPSS version 22.0 software.
