The content of this document will address some results of the development of a Pedagogical and Didactic Practice (PPD), from a teacher in initial training1 of the bachelor’s degree in Biology of the National Pedagogical University. This PPD problematized the shaping of Didactic Knowledge of Content (CDC) and School Knowledge (EC) from the teaching and learning of some topics of the Biology class through the creation of learning environments (AA). The PPD was held at an Educational Institution in the city of Bogotá-Colombia, with students of the ninth grade; The work was also framed in a qualitative perspective and was guided by the Action in the Classroom (IAA).
