Educação ambiental e alimentação: aproximações e proposições em livros didáticos de química

The school is a space in which environmental education (EA) needs attention with discussions and actions for the formation of subjects concerned with the thematic socio-environmental. It's in the process education that the teacher is challenged to include the environmental issue critically, didactic and pedagogical, on what most of the times, the Didactic Book (LD) are used as one of the tools. Therefore, our goal was to analyze 4 LD of Chemistry of the 1st year from high school (EM) present in the Guide to the Didactic Book (from PNLD 2015) with focus on EA and food, in observation the intrinsic relation. We have identified the excerpts EA in the LD of Chemistry based on the content analysis of Bardin (1986). By means of the results, we conclude by identifying those with the greatest recurrence, for example, the pesticides that appeared frequently in the excerpts of EA. Therefore, to this work of the scientific concepts of Chemistry with the EA we propose to relate the concepts of chemical elements, polarity, solubility, inorganic functions, chemical bonds, molecular structure and geometry, stoichiometry ratios, as well as the consequences of interference quality in the environment and food produced in an integrated way 1st year of EM. In the important EA with food, the teacher plays a central role like disseminator of information and knowledge, motivating discussions and involving other teachers with your disciplines in dialogue and training socio-environmental indispensable in the current social situation that we are living.O espaço escolar é um espaço em que a Educação Ambiental (EA) precisa de atenção com discussões e ações em prol de uma formação responsável com sujeitos preocupados com a temática socioambiental. É no processo de ensino que o professor é desafiado a incluir a questão ambiental de forma crítica, didática e pedagógica, em que na maioria das vezes, o Livro Didático (LD) é usado como uma das ferramentas. Para tanto, nosso objetivo se instituiu em analisar 4 LD de Química do 1º ano do Ensino Médio (EM) presentes no Guia do Livro Didático (do PNLD 2015) com foco na EA e alimentação, em observação a relação intrínseca. Identificamos os excertos referentes à EA nos LD de Química baseando-se na análise de conteúdo de Bardin (1986). Por meio dos resultados, concluímos identificando os de maior recorrência, como por exemplo, os agrotóxicos que apareceram com frequência nos excertos de EA. Para tanto, a este trabalho dos conceitos científicos de Química com a EA propomos relacionar os conceitos de elementos químicos, polaridade, solubilidade, funções inorgânicas, ligações químicas, estrutura e geometria molecular, relações de estequiometria, bem como as consequências da interferência na qualidade do ambiente e dos alimentos produzidos de forma integrada no 1º ano do EM. Na importante relação da EA com a alimentar, o professor tem papel central como propagador de informação e conhecimentos, motivando discussões e envolvendo outros professores com suas disciplinas no diálogo e formação socioambiental indispensável na atual situação social que estamos vivendo
