This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career development on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The object of this study was 54 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, with non-probability sampling techniques or saturated techniques. The research method used includes quantitative research and the partial least square (PLS) as a tools of analysis .The results of this study indicate that compensation has a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction.
