Feasibility Study for Establishment of a Community College District in Collin County, Texas

The concept of a community college for Collin County has been in the minds of its citizens for many years. In fact, in October, 1963, a district was formed; however, since approval for local funding could not be obtained, the district was dissolved a few years later.
