ФОРМУВАННЯ СТРАТЕГІЇ ІНФОРМАТИЗАЦІЇ ТА ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИМ ПОТЕНЦІАЛОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Leading companies of the international market owe the success of their business largely due to theformation and efficient use of information potential.The lack of a systematic approach to solving the problem of ensuring management efficiency ofinformation potential of the enterprise and the current daily needs of the Ukrainian economy for ensuringmanagement efficiency of information potential in order to enhance its impact on the development of enterprisescall for focus on strategic aspects of the management of information potential of an industrial enterprise.The purpose of the study is to substantiate the principles of the formation of the informatization strategyand building a mechanism for managing information potential of the enterprise in modern conditions.The investigation of management processes of information potential of the machine-buildingenterprises has shown that there are problems in adapting the enterprise to the dynamic and risky modernmarket conditions.The results of the research showed that it is necessary to develop a plan for the strategy ofinformatization of the industrial enterprise, taking into account the main purpose, tasks of the enterprise and variations of the chosen strategy.An arrangement and content of the basic elements of this plan should be consistent with the mainelements of the information process and the configuration components of the information system of a particular enterprise. The sequence of stages for the development of a strategic plan is related to the structure ofinformation business processes and the main elements of the information system.An integrated plan of actions will improve the functioning of business processes and provide a clearand significant increase in the efficiency of the information system as a whole.Keywords: information potential, management, informatization, planning, effectiveness,competitiveness.Провідні компанії, які лідирують на міжнародному ринку, успішністю свого бізнесу значною мірою завдячують формуванню та ефективному використанню інформаційного потенціалу. Відсутність системного підходу до вирішення проблеми забезпечення ефективності управління інформаційним потенціалом підприємства, сучасні нагальні потреби економіки України щодо забезпечення ефективності управління інформаційним потенціалом з метою посилення його впливу на розвиток підприємств, викликають необхідність акцентування уваги на стратегічних аспектах управління інформаційним потенціалом промислового підприємства. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування засад формування стратегії інформатизації і побудови механізму управління інформаційним потенціалом підприємства в сучасних умовах. Дослідження процесів управління інформаційним потенціалом машинобудівних підприємств показало, що існують проблеми щодо пристосування підприємства до динамічних і ризикових сучасних ринкових умов. Результати дослідження змісту основних елементів процесу формування стратегії інформатизації та засад її ефективної реалізації, показали, що необхідно розробити план стратегії інформатизації промислового підприємства з врахуванням основної мети, завдань підприємства та варіації обраної стратегії інформатизації. Впорядкування та зміст базових елементів даного плану має узгоджуватись із основними елементами інформаційного процесу та компонентам конфігурації інформаційної системи конкретного підприємства. Послідовність етапів розробки стратегічного плану пов'язана із структурою інформаційних бізнес-процесів та складом основних елементів інформаційної системи.
