Types of Organization of Business Organizations and Their Impact on Business Success

Businesses need to register with the Kosovo Business Registration Agency to start their economic activity. This registration must be made in accordance with the legal provisions in the Republic of Kosovo, but also in accordance with the economic requirements and interests of that economic entity. In this paper we will analyze the forms of organization of business organizations according to the applicable law and the impact of the form of organization on business success. Knowing that each form of organization has its own advantages and disadvantages, through the data obtained from the questionnaire, it will be seen which of these reasons have most influenced the chosen form of business registration. In the end, the owners\u27 knowledge about the forms of business organization and the impact of this selection on business decision making and business success will also be analyzed
