Residential Collective building facilities for reintegration of repatriated people in Ferizaj

In recent years in Kosovo, there has been a trend for many Kosovars to sell all their property and move out of Kosovo for a better future. But many of them cannot find themselves there or the asylum seeker does not accept them as Kosovo is not part of the country at risk of crisis. They spend some isolated time there and many seek to return to Kosovo but have no way of integrating as most have nowhere to return. Kosovo has done little for this category of people who according to statistics make up a very large population. The first part of the paper will analyze these categories of people, where through interviews and many other detailed analyzes will be extracted the main factors of migration and the main factors of the problem of reintegration. Following these analyzes, as a second part, there will be a concrete project plan in the Municipality of Ferizaj for the creation of collective housing facilities for the integration of repatriated persons in this municipality
