Prishtina resilient city or not as per EU criteria? Comparison study with the cities in the region, Belgrade and Zagreb

The future urban development of Prishtina is the subject to this research paper. Whether Prishtina has its potentials toward being resilient or not as per the UN and EU criterias, while at the same time comparing it with the cities in the region, Belgrade and Zagreb, it’s the main subject to this research paper. The evaluation of Prishtina, Belgrade and Zagreb developmental path and their weight toward resilience, adaptation and mitigation has been done through the scan of the legislation for the capital city of Prishtina, the capital city of Belgrade and the capital city of Zagreb, by the indicators of EU Basque Declaration for the New Pathways for European Cities and Towns to create productive, sustainable and resilient cities for a liveable and inclusive Europe
