CAPACITAÇÃO EM SAÚDE: ESTRATÉGIA ASSISTENCIAL AOS PORTADORES DE TUBERCULOSE

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease whose causative agent is Mycobacterium tuberculosis, it can install in any organ, however, the lung is the site most chosen by this agent. The disease health process has close relationship with socioeconomic and cultural determinants, for this reason the disease is being considered by the Ministry of Health as a public health problem. The objective of this study is to analyze the scientific production about tuberculosis in Brazil and to identify how the health professionals act in relation to preventive and promotional actions for the control and monitoring of Tuberculosis. This is a qualitative and quantitative study of integrative review of the literature, it was decided to search for articles on the basis Scientific Electronic Online Library (ScieELO) and Journal of Capes, the period of 10 years from 2007 to 2017. We used the descriptors "Tuberculosis AND training"; "Tuberculosis AND education"; "Tuberculosis AND family health strategy" were located 244 studies, being selected the 25 most relevant articles in relation to the proposed topic. After analyzing the results presented by the authors, there was the need for training for health professionals to meet the demand of this public regarding identification of respiratory symptoms, active surveillance and prevention, promotion and recovery health of patients and contacts. The aim of this study is to emphasize the importance of training health professionals about the main factors related to the disease to guarantee quality of care and reduction of the disease rate. Keywords: tuberculosis, training, education, family, health, strategy.A tuberculose é uma doença infectocontagiosa, cujo agente etiológico é Mycobacterium tuberculosis, podendo instalar em qualquer órgão, porém, o pulmão é o local mais escolhido por este agente. O processo saúde doença tem estreita relação com determinantes sócio, econômico e cultural, por este motivo a doença está sendo considerada pelo Ministério da Saúde como um problema de saúde pública. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a produção científica acerca da tuberculose no Brasil e identificar como é a atuação dos profissionais de saúde no que tange as ações preventivas e promocionais para controle e monitoramento da Tuberculose. Trata-se de um estudo quali-quantitativo de revisão integrativa da literatura, optou-se pela busca de artigos nas bases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e Periódicos da CAPES, no período de 10 anos entre 2007 a 2017. Utilizaram-se os descritores “tuberculose AND capacitação”; “tuberculose AND educação”; ”tuberculose AND estratégia saúde da família” foram localizados 244 estudos, sendo selecionados os 25 artigos mais relevantes em relação ao tema proposto. Após análise dos resultados apresentados pelos autores, verificou-se a necessidade de capacitação para os profissionais de saúde para atender a demanda deste público no que diz respeito identificação dos sintomáticos respiratórios, busca ativa e ações de prevenção, promoção e recuperação a saúde dos portadores e contactantes. Pretende-se com este estudo enfatizar a importância da capacitação dos profissionais de saúde acerca dos principais fatores relacionados à doença para garantir qualidade do atendimento e a redução da taxa de adoecimento.
