The presentation provides an overview of the project which works to strengthen capacities of potential youth leadership. It aims toward the development, improvement and effectiveness of climate change policies that will benefit intermediate-sized cities in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). It provides a window into some of the results of the project work, workshops, seminars, forums and conferences. Training included topics of governance for climate change in urban contexts; complex social dynamics and environmental challenges in intermediate LAC cities; and strategies and policies that contribute to the construction of transformational resilience
