Estrategia de superación con enfoque de género para los entrenadores de Karate Do (original).

The following work is an investigation that approaches a thematic one important keeping in mind that the contemporary time requires of highly prepared sport trainers, qualified to give answer to the current demands of the sport. He/she has their foundation in the Leninist Marxist philosophy. The strategy that is presented has as objective the solution of the lacks of the trainers of karate do as for the knowledge and necessary abilities for the preparation of the new sportsmen .Se he/she keeps in mind you verify them changes in the competitions regulations the quick introduction of the science and technology of advanced.  It is exposed in the same one the integration from a gender focus to the system of values to achieve bigger justness and use of each athlete's potentialities and to apply in the development of the sport training a gender focus Among the results of the superación strategy to impact in the preparation of the sport trainers, it is applied a system of shops and a graduate degree course that he/she will give exit to elements of cognitive character on how to develop in the sport training a gender focus, starting from the distinctive characteristics of females and males by means of system of actions that they facilitate the integration of knowledge, keeping in mind the potentialities of the sport training in each one of their stages.  En la investigación se aborda una temática importante teniendo en cuenta que la época contemporánea requiere de entrenadores deportivos altamente preparados, capacitados para dar respuesta a las exigencias actualesdel deporte.Tiene sufundamento en la filosofía marxista-leninista. La estrategia que se presenta tiene como objetivo la solución de las carencias de los entrenadores de Karate Do en cuanto a los conocimientos y habilidades necesarias para la preparación de los nuevos deportistas. Se tiene en cuenta los constates cambios en las competiciones reglamentos la introducción acelerada de la ciencia y tecnología de avanzada. Se expone en la misma la integración de un enfoque de género al sistema de valores para lograr mayor equidad y aprovechamiento de las potencialidades de cada atleta  y aplicar en el desarrollo del entrenamiento deportivo un enfoque de género Entre los resultados de la estrategia de superación  para incidir en la preparación de los entrenadores deportivos, se aplica un  sistema de talleres y un curso de postgrado que dará salida a elementos de carácter cognoscitivo sobre cómo desarrollar  en el entrenamiento deportivo un enfoque de género, a partir de las características distintivas de hembras y varones mediante  sistema de acciones que facilitan la integración de saberes, teniendo en cuenta las potencialidades del entrenamiento deportivo  en cada una de sus etapas
