Estrategias didácticas mediadas por la gran red de internet (Original)

The article addresses the importance of using the Internet and its tools in educational processes, in particular the possibilities offered by the World Wide Web for active learning, where cooperation and collaboration spaces prevail. As well as the need to implement didactic strategies mediated by these technologies of Information and Communication, for their introduction in the teaching-learning process. The mediation of these technologies in the management of knowledge fosters a metacognitive environment that contributes in this way to the integral preparation of the individual. The study is essentially descriptive empirical methods were used as documentary analysis that together with the theoretical methods of analysis-synthesis and inductive-deductive allowed the review, consultation and comparison of an abundant literature specialized in the subject treated; Which facilitated to reach visible results in terms of the epistemological foundations of the strategies, their functions and pedagogical transcendence in this technology.El artículo aborda la importancia del empleo de Internet y sus herramientas en los proceso educativos, en particular las posibilidades que brinda la World Wide Web para un aprendizaje activo, donde priman los espacios de cooperación y colaboración; así como la necesidad de implementar estrategias didácticas mediadas por estas tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, para su introducción en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La mediación de estas tecnologías en la gestión del conocimiento propicia un ambiente metacognitivo que contribuye de esta forma a la preparación integral del individuo. El estudio es esencialmente descriptivo se emplearon métodos empíricos como el análisis documental que junto a los métodos teóricos de análisis-síntesis e inductivo-deductivo permitieron la revisión, consulta y cotejo de una abundante literatura especializada en el tema tratado; lo cual facilitó llegar a resultados visibles en cuanto a los fundamentos epistemológicos de las estrategias, sus funciones y trascendencia pedagógica en esta tecnología
