Introduction: genital intraepithelial neoplasia (NIE) are precursors of squamous cell carcinoma. Ideal treatment must be efficient, conservative and well tolerated. CO2 laser is one of the recommended treatment, but its efficiency and its tolerance have not been much studied. Material and methods: it is a retrospective and monocentric study. Sixteen patients (8 women and 8 men) treated with CO2 laser for a genital IEN, high-grade or differentiated, have been included. Clinical laterals margins taken during treatment were 3 to 5 mm.
