Parmi les technologies d’analyses d’échantillons biologiques sans marquage préalable, la microspectroscopie vibrationnelle est en plein essor. Grâce à la vibration des liaisons entre atomes, elle permet de localiser dans la cellule des biomolécules (protéines, acides nucléiques, lipides) associées à des organites. Mon étude a consisté à utiliser la microspectroscopie CARS (Coherent Anti-Stockes Raman Spectroscopy) pour l’analyse de cellules dans la zone CH du spectre Raman, zone fortement résolue (< 1 cm-1) et restreinte (2500-3000 cm-1). Les vibrations correspondant aux liaisons CH2 et CH3 sont majoritairement associées respectivement aux lipides et aux protéines.
