La greffe de Membrane Amniotique Humaine (MAH) permet la cicatrisation des ulcères pré-perforants de la cornée et de sauver un nombre significatif d'yeux victimes de brûlures chimiques. La MAH est un matériel biologique, son utilisation pour le traitement des maladies de la surface oculaire donne de bons résultats en raison de sa capacité à réduire l'inflammation et promouvoir une épithélialisation rapide.
