The problem of the research is that, there is not a full satisfaction of the job in the institutions, and it is very rare to find employees in an institution which is fully satisfied with their jobs and their manager. The study is based on several hypotheses: direct triplex between job satisfaction, job performance, and the environment of a good work which affects the job satisfaction and an increase in productivity and incentives which acts as a major role in achieving job satisfaction and increase productivity.
