The first one in the theoretical frame and the second is about the Sudan custom developed systems and The customs objectives and means and tools which are used to exute these objectives . And the third chapter is about the custom role in the local products protection . And the last one is the surveiling about the case study . The second about the objectives of customs administration and the protection the findings of the study that the globalization leads to the free movement of the goods all over the word which effects the products of the developing countries which depend on the exporting of the raw materials .
