Pengaruh Growth Sales, Free Cash Flow, Risiko Bisnis dan Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Pada Perusahaan Property and Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of growth sales, free cash flow, business risk, and managerial ownership to the debt policy on property and real estate companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the study period 2013-2015. There are 120 research samples in this study which are included in the research criteria. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Technical analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The result of this research is growth sales does not have an effect on debt policy, free cash flow influence to debt policy, business risk influence to debt policy, and managerial ownership influence to debt policy.
