Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen dan Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate

The value of the company is the sale value of the company or a growing value for shareholders, the company's value will also be reflected in the price of shares held. The value of the company is also the perception of investors to the level of success of the company that are often associated with stock prices. The main purpose of the company in the long term that the company wants to grow and always have a high stock price. When a company has a substantial profit, it can raise the value of the company, and therefore these companies are trying to attract investors to invest in the company. Investors who will invest capital into the company wants a maximum return on investment. This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, dividend policy and debt policy on firm value. The population in this study are the companies property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2015, samples of the company amounted to 143 data. Data analysis is done by using the classical assumption and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. The results showed that the profitability of an effect on firm value, dividend policy affects the value of the company and debt policies affect the value of the company.
