This research aims to test the influence of the size of the company, the audit committee, the Board of Directors of institutional ownership and against financial performance as measured by Return On Assets. The population used in this study is the whole mining sector companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) of the period of the 2012-2015 publish the financial statements respectively.
