Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Peringkatobligasi Perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015

This study aimed to determine the effect of productivity, profitability, leverage, secure and maturity of the bond rating companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the rating of the bonds that have been rated by PT PEFINDO in 2011-2015. The research sample using purposive sampling method.This study using 145 samples or 29 manufacturers. Data used in the study is a secondary data derived from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Mechanical analysis using logistic regression analysis.The regression analysis in this study showed: Productivity effect on bond ratings, while profitability, leverage, secure and maturity does not affect the bond ratings.
