The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to Bank Mnadiri Accountant Employees. Samples were conducted at Bank Mandiri Kota Mojokerto. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis. Employee Performance Accounting is determined by the ability of banks in training each employee to improve work at the bank. The indicator used that how we can see a bank that has a good performance, can be seen not through bank financial performance results only.
