Type of product provided by the bank one of them is Savings. Savings are provided to help customers manage their finances safely and according to customers' needs. This study aims to analyze the effect of Reputation, Service Service, Quality of Service Perceived on Customer Confidence using Simple Savings (Savings Students) area of Surabaya. The number of samples used in as many as 80 respondents obtained through an offline questionnaire and using convenience sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The analysis tool used is SPSS version 16.0.
