Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Pendanaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Manufaktur

The main purpose in establishing a company is to improve the welfare of shareholders. The performance of a good company can certainly improve the welfare of shareholders. Company performance shows a company's ability to benefit from assets, equity and debt. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of managerial ownership, capital structure, firm size and funding policy to company performance. The dependent variable used in this study is firm performance, while the independent variables are managerial ownership, capital structure, firm size and funding policy. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The last sample of 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2015. The data analysis techniques used in this study were to test the classical assumptions (normality, multicoloniarity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (f-test), coefficient of determination (R²), and partial test (t-test ). The results of this study indicate that the structure of capital and firm size have a significant effect on company performance. While the variable of managerial ownership and funding policy does not affect company performance. Keywords : managerial ownership, capital structure, firm size, funding policy, cpmpany performance
