Mobile banking or M-banking is a srvice provided by the bank to facilitate customers to make transactions without having to go to the ATM or to the Bank. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, Intention to use M-Banking mediated by Attitude At Bank CIMB Niaga in Surabaya.
