U radu je provedena analiza razvojnih sustava AD-FMCOMMS4, ADALM-PLUTO i RTL-SDR te mogućnost njihovog korištenja u okvirima GNU Radio i Matlab. Sustavi su analizirani s aspekta osjetljivosti i pogodnosti za prijam signala u različitim frekvencijskim područjima. U oba razvojna okvira napravljeni su prijamnici za prijam radiodifuznih FM signala, čiji je razvoj opisan.
