Pregled automatizacije posla s umjetnom inteligencijom

Since the invention of the earliest modern computer, the Analytical Engine by Charles Babbage that has been in development between 1833 and 1871, computer’s primary use was always to help or do something instead of humans, primarily arithmetical calculations. Even the aim of early analogue computers used for tide-predicting, was always to make things easier. But what will happen now in the 21st century when the machines and the A.I. have reached a level where they can completely replace numerous physically demanding and repetitive jobs. This process of automation will be very interesting to both big and small companies which will want to lower their costs and stop worrying about workers as liabilities, their safety and security, insurance and other worker-related issues that company has to pay attention to. Once it starts it will be very hard to stop it. It will also bring changes to the global labour market. A lot of people will lose jobs, others will gain it. A lot of job positions will become obsolete, while there will also be new ones created. It is expected that the impact of it will also be felt in job categories not directly connected to it due to larger amount of workers changing professions. This bachelor thesis aims to make an analysis of some of the recent aspects of job automation and in the end it will bring an author’s conclusion and answer to the question of whether the automation of jobs is a positive or a negative thing
