With technological advances, human physiology study and ergonomic analysis of the work environment has been gaining notoriety, especially in jobs that require intense physical effort. Based on this context, this study aimed to evaluate the change in strength and electromyographic activity of the muscles (flexor digitorum superficialis, flexor carpi radialis, biceps brachii) of builders who perform brick laying, before and after the workday.
