The aim of this research are the first is to find the similarity and the differentiation in bank foreign investment regulating in Indonesia and Malaysia; the second is to discover the caracter of bank foreign investment regulation in Indonesia and Malaysia. Problem approaching of this research is to solve the legal issue which occured in this legal research. This approach is to be used in examining on the banking foreign regulation in Indonesia and Malaysia, then following by interviewing bank and foreign investment specialist prior to the qualitative method.
