Sample of corporate level training needs analysis

In accordance with changing technological, scientific, social and cultural conditions, it is necessary for the employees of the organizations to determine the vocational and personal development trainings they need and to create training plans accordingly. The aim of the study is to determine the educational needs of an institution operating in the economy and finance sector by interviewing all units of the institution based on the tasks of the units and the personal development needs of the employees. This study is descriptive in the screening model because it aims to describe the situation as it is in the past or present. In this context, firstly, the training areas of the institution were examined by examining the past education plans and the existing education structure and the interview forms were prepared with the existing units and as a result of the interviews, the education headings needed by the units were collected under the designated training areas. Within the scope of the study, 8 training areas have been determined for a total of 951 training titles that emerged from interviews with 10 units. Thus, the training needs analysis of the institution has been completed by determining the training headings and training areas on a unit basis.Değişen teknolojik, bilimsel, sosyal ve kültürel koşullara uygun olarak organizasyonların çalışanlarının ihtiyaç duydukları mesleki ve kişisel gelişim eğitimlerini belirlemeleri ve buna uygun eğitim planları oluşturmaları gerekir. Çalışmanın amacı, ekonomi ve finans sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir kurumun eğitim ihtiyaçlarını birimlerin görevleri ve çalışanların kişisel gelişim ihtiyaçlarına dayalı olarak kurumun tüm birimleri ile görüşülerek belirlemektir. Bu çalışma, geçmişte veya halen var olan bir durumu olduğu şekliyle betimlemeyi amaçladığı için tarama modelinde betimsel bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle kurumun geçmiş eğitim planları ve mevcut eğitim yapısı incelenerek eğitim alanları belirlenmiş, mevcut birimleriyle görüşme formu hazırlanmış, yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda birimlerin yaptığı işlere dayalı olarak ihtiyaç duydukları eğitim başlıkları belirlenen eğitim alanları altında toplanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında 10 birim ile yapılan görüşmelerde ortaya çıkan toplam 951 eğitim başlığı için 8 eğitim alanı belirlenmiştir. Böylece birim bazında eğitim başlıkları ve eğitim alanları belirlenerek kurumun eğitim ihtiyaç analizi tamamlanmıştır
