Quality of adult education in non-formal educational institutions

This thesis is focusing on the quality in adult education from the point of view of managers and clients of non-formal educational institutions. The aim of this thesis is to find out the conception quality in adult educations organisation from the point of view of managers and clients in non- formal educational institutions based on depth research with managers of non-formal educational institutions and clients of those institutions. Outcome of the research are going to be compared with existing quality management systems. In the theoretical part, the PEST analysis of the adult education in the Czech Republic is going to be created for a better understanding of trends and impacts in this area. After the analysis, there are going to be described quality management systems and the possibilities of their use. The main system that are going to be described are ISO norm, TQM, EFQM, CAF model, Rating of educational institutions and audit Qfor. Research is based on the depth semi-structured interviews with managers and clients while using design of the grounded theory. In the first part, there are going to be interviews with managers of adult-educational institutions. Interviews will be encrypted a finding repetitive concepts and categories.
