STUDI PERENCANAAN ULANG STRUKTUR BAWAH JEMBATAN UNDERPASS PADA SIMPANG KARANGLO MALANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SECANT PILE

Karanglo Malang intersection is one of the locations that have quite heavy traffic, plus there is also a toll exit from the Malang - Pandaan toll road. To overcome this problem an Underpass was built. While the Underpass itself is a transverse through the road that lies below another road which is almost similar to a tunnel with the aim of reducing congestion. In this plan, it does not use abutment as a structure under the bridge but with a secant pile that serves to withstand horizontal loads due to soil pressure and also vertical loads due to the structure above it. The plan for calculating loading is based on SNI 1725: 2016 concerning loading for bridges. From the results of the loading analysis, a permanent load from the upper structure was obtained at 222,663 tons and also a temporary or living load of 127,335 tons. In addition, there is also a wind load that is received by the structure from the transverse direction amounting to 3.655 tons. And for the large dimensions used in the secant pile foundation with a height of 20 meters and a diameter of 0.8 meters obtained reinforcement with 18D20. As for the middle column, it uses a bore pile foundation with a depth of 20 meters and a diameter of 0.8 which uses 18D22 reinforcement. For reinforcing spiral rods, both use D10 with a spacing of 50 mm
