Determination of some sperm quality parameters of lepistes (Poecillia retuculata), swordtail (Xiphophorus helleri), goldfish (Carassius auratus), koi (Cyprinus carpio carpio) fish.

(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Çalışmada Lepistes (Poecilia reticulata, Peters, 1859), Kılıç Kuyruk (Xiphophorus helleri, Heckel, 1848), Japon balığı (Carassius auratus, Linnaeus, 1758) ve Koi (Cyprinus carpio carpio, Linnaeus, 1758) türlerine ait erkek bireylerin farklı boy gruplarına ait semenlerinde sperma miktarı, toplam tespit edilen sperm, canlılık süresi, konsantrasyon, hareketli sperm toplamı, hareketli sperm yüzdesi, IM (Hareketsizlik), VAP (Ortalama yol hızı), VCL (Eğrisel hız), VSL (Doğrusal hız), ALH (Sperm başının ortalama yolda ilerlerken laterale doğru saptığı uzaklık), hareketli doğrunun yüzdesi, STR (Doğrusallık) oranları saptanmıştır. Çalışmada lepistes ve kılıçkuyrukta toplam tespit edilen sperm, konsantrasyon ve hareketli sperm miktarı büyük boy gruplarında yüksek bulunurken, Koi’de ise bu parametreler ek olarak sperm miktarı da orta büyüklük grubunda diğer gruplara oranla daha yüksek olarak saptanmıştır. Japon balığında ise, küçük boy grubunda canlılık süresi yüksek fakat hareketsiz sperm (IM) daha düşük bulunmuştur.Total sperm detected, motility duration, concentration, total motile sperm, percentage of motile sperm, IM (Immotility), VAP (Average Path Velocity), VCL (Curvilinear velocity), VSL (Straightline velocity), ALH (Amplitude of lateral head), percent of moving line, STR (Straightness) ratios in the semen of male individuals belonging to different size groups of Guppy (Poecilia reticulata, Peters, 1859), Sword Tail (Xiphophorus helleri, Heckel, 1848), Goldfish (Carassius auratus, Linnaeus, 1758) and Koi (Cyprinus carpio carpio, Linnaeus, 1758) species were determined. In the study, the total amount of sperm, concentration and motile sperm detected in lebistes and swordtail were found to be higher in largeer size groups, whereas in Koi, also sperm amount additional to these parameters were higher in the medium size group than the other groups.
