Uluslararası Hukuka Üçüncü Dünya Yaklaşımları (Third World Approaches to International Law-TWAIL), günümüz uluslararası hukuk düzeni ile geçmişin sömürgecilik mirası arasında bağlantı kurmakta ve insani müdahale ile Koruma Sorumluluğu (Responsibility to Protect-R2P) gibi kavramları bu çerçevede yorumlamaktadır.
