In this study, the in-vitro susceptibilities of dermatophytes isolated from hair, skin and nail specimens collected from patients admitted to our outpatient clinics between 1993-1997 with dermatophytosis lesions, against griseofulvin, fluconazole and itraconazole have been searched. For this purpose, totally 117 dermatophyte strains (61 Trichophyton mentagrophytes, 34 Trichophyton tonsurans, 14 Trichophyton verrucosum, 8 Trichophyton violaceum) isolated from cultures of superficial lesions of the patients were tested for antifungal susceptibility patterns with agar dilution method.
