TEZ9663Tez (Yüksek Lisans) -- Çukurova Üniversitesi, Adana, 2013.Kaynakça (s. 43-54) var.ix, 60 s. : tablo ; 29 cm.Tatlısu balığı (Oreochromis niloticus) akut (48 saat, 20 ?M Cd+2) ve kronik (14 gün, 10 ?M Cd+2) süreler ile üç farklı derişimdeki Ca+2 için, Cd+2 ve Ca+2+Cd+2 etkisine bırakılmıştır. Deney süreleri sonunda solungaç ve bağırsak dokusunda Na+/K+-ATPaz ve Mg+2-ATPaz ile kas dokusunda Ca+2-ATPaz aktiviteleri ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre enzim aktivitesinin farklı Cd+2 ve Ca+2 derişimine, etki süresine ve doku tipine göre değiştiği gözlenmiştir.
