(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Çalışmada, bulanık çilek nektarı kalitesinde en az seviyede değişime neden olacak termosonikasyon uygulama parametreleri, bu parametrelerdeki değişimin nektar kalite özellikleri üzerine etkisi ve optimum uygulama koşullarında üretilen nektarın üç aylık depolama süresince kalite özelliklerindeki değişim araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, ultrasound enerji yoğunluğu (UEY) ve sıcaklığın, polifenol oksidaz (PFO) inaktivasyonu sağlamada etkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.
