(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Bu çalışmada atmalı filtreli katodik vakum ark depolama (PFCVAD) sistemi kullanılarak oda sıcaklığında (25°C) cam alt tabanlar üzerine n ve p-tipi çinko oksit (ZnO) ince fimler elde edilmiştir. p-tipi ZnO ince filmler azot (N) katkılama ile O2- N2 karışım atmosferinde cam alt tabanlar üzerine depolanmışlardır.
