Yerfıstığı işleme teknolojisi ve bu amaçla kullanılan makinelerin iş başarılarının değerlendirilmesi üzerine bir araştırma

TEZ6083Tez (Yüksek Lisans) -- Çukurova Üniversitesi, Adana, 2006.Kaynakça (s.37-38) var.vii, 42 s. : res. ; 29 cm.In this study, a survey was conducted in order to determine present condition of peanut manipulation survey in our region and the principles of study which was used in the determined peanut manipulation survey was questionned and success of study was tired to be found out. Main aim in preparing the survey was to find out the capacity of foundations, machines used and to determine working principles of these machines. According to the survey results, a foundation representing the general situation was chosen. In this foundation, machines used for the process of peanuts were chosen according to the goals of process. Capacities and working efficiency of machines used for cleaning, classifying, shell breaking and seperating internal parts of peanuts were determined according to the features of functioning organs. Peanut cleaning machine efficiency was 96%, Peanut teel folding machine efficiency was 67% and seperating machine efficiency was 70%.Bu çalısmada, bölgemizde bulunan yerfıstıgı isleme tesislerindeki mevcut durumu belirlemek amacıyla bir anket çalısması yapılmıs ve belirlenen bir yerfıstıgı isleme tesisinde kullanılan makinaların çalısma ilkeleri irdelenerek is basarıları belirlenmeye çalısılmıstır. Anketin hazırlanmasındaki ana hedef tesislerin kapasitelerinin, kullanılan makinalar ve bu makinaların çalısma ilkelerinin belirlenmesi olmustur. Anket verileri ısıgında, genel durumu temsil eden bir tesis seçilmistir. Bu tesiste yerfıstıgının islenmesinde kullanılan makinalar: temizleme, sınıflandırma, kabuk kırma ve iç fıstık ayırma makinaları, isleme amacına baglı olarak ele alınmıstır.Bu çalışma Ç.Ü.
