Azot Katkılı ve katkısız ZnO (N:ZnO ve ZnO) ince filmler üç seri film şeklinde elde edilmiştir. Birinci seride ısısal oksidasyon ile n ve p tipi ZnO ince filmler elde edilip karakterizasyonu yapılırken ikinci ve üçüncü seri ince filmler daha yüksek oksijen ve azot gaz akış oranlarında üretilerek karakterizasyonu üzerinde durulmuştur.
