Comparison of the photoconductivity properties of the n and p type ZnO thin films which are grown by PFCVAD system.

(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Bu çalışmada, n ve p tipi ZnO ince filmler, Atmalı Filtreli Katodik Vakum Ark Depolama (PFCVAD) yöntemi ile cam alt tabanlar üzerine oda sıcaklığında elde edilmiştir. Azot Katkılı ve katkısız ZnO (N:ZnO ve ZnO) ince filmler üç seri film şeklinde elde edilmiştir. Birinci seride ısısal oksidasyon ile n ve p tipi ZnO ince filmler elde edilip karakterizasyonu yapılırken ikinci ve üçüncü seri ince filmler daha yüksek oksijen ve azot gaz akış oranlarında üretilerek karakterizasyonu üzerinde durulmuştur. Elde edilen yarıiletken ince filmlerin optiksel, yapısal, elektriksel, ve fotoiletkenlik özellikleri belirlenmiş ve tartışılmıştır.In this study, n and p type ZnO thin films were deposited at room temperature on glass substrates by Pulsed Filtered Cathodic Vacuum Arc Deposition (PFCVAD) system. There are three part of semiconductor thin films in this study. In first part, n and p type thin films were prepared with thermal oxidation method and second and third part of these thin film’s pressure is higher than first part of thin films. Finally, optical, structural, electrical and photoconductivity properties of these thin films were determined and discussed.Bu çalışma Ç.Ü.
