TEZ9323Tez (Uzmanlık) -- Çukurova Üniversitesi, Adana, 2014.Kaynakça (s. 82-94) var.x, 99 s. : tablo ; 29 cm.Amaç: Sepsis, ağır sepsis, septik şok, Sistemik İnflamatuar Yanıt Sendromu ve bakteriyel enfeksiyon tanısı alan hastalarda yapılan bu çalışmada ağır sepsisin erken tanısında plazma C-reaktif protein, Prokalsitonin ve Interlökin-6 düzeylerinin erken tanıdaki yerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmaya 100 hasta alınmıştır. Bu hastalar kliniğine göre 26 çocuk sepsis (Grup I), 17 çocuk ağır sepsis (Grup II), 22 çocuk septik şok (Grup III), 9 çocuk SIRS (Grup IV) ve 14 çocuk bakteriyel enfeksiyon (Grup V) ve 12 çocuk kontrol (Grup VI) grubunu oluşturdu.
