Neuroacanthocytosis presenting with epileptic seizures

Neuroacanthocytosis is a rare degenerative disorder characterized by neurologic manifestations consisting mainly of extrapyramidal syndrome, cognitive decline and peripheral neuropathy in association with acanthocytosis and elevated serum creatinine-phosphokinase.
