Hidrojen peroksitin stabilizasyonunun incelenmesi

But, while it's shipping and handling, active oxygen value decreases. Therefore, physical properties of hydrogen peroxide change and its quality reduces. In this study we examined the activities of the stabilzators on the prevention the decrease in the value of active oxygen. So, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, ethylenediamine tetra acetic acid, sodium silicate and magnesium silicate were used for stabilization of hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide uses in detergents as sodium percarbonate and sodium perborate. In this study, sodium percarbonate complex was synthesized by different method from that are known while it was produced in mechanical mixer at cold conditions in the cryostat. Also, it was investigated that the stability of sodium percarbonate in the time period. The best of the used stabilizator has been searched sodium tripoly phosphate.Farklı yöntemlerle üretilen hidrojen peroksitin üretimi sonrasındaki taşıma ve depolama sürecinde, yapısındaki aktif oksijen değeri düşmekte dolayısıyla pek çok alanda kullanılan hidrojen peroksitin fiziksel özellikleri etkilenmekte ve kalitesi düşmektedir. Bu çalışmada hidrojen peroksitin aktif oksijen değerinin azalmasını engellemek amacıyla stabilizatörlerin etkinliği araştırılmıştır. Kullanılan stabilizatörler; sodyum tripoli fosfat, sodyum hekzameta fosfat, etilendiamin tetra asetik asit, sodyum silikat ve magnezyum silikattır. Hidrojen peroksit deterjanlar içerisinde sodyum perborat ve sodyum perkarbonat halinde kullanılmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada sodyum karbonat peroksihidrat bileşiği, bilinen üretim yönteminden farklı olarak kriyostat kullanılarak soğuk ortamda mekanik karıştırıcı ile karıştırılarak elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca sodyum karbonat peroksihidratların zaman içindeki stabilizasyonu stabilizatörler kullanılarak belirlenmiştir.
