Add to ORKGA 67-day-old male infant with the multiple fractures in his bones due to congenital syphilis was presented. The diagnosis was confirmed serologically. The baby had also the non-specific intrauterin infection signs with the atypical mononuclear cells in his blood smear and a possible syphilitic renal disease. His symptoms markedly diminished after penicillin therapy
